Shipping will always be free on all orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Shipping will be free on all orders over £750 to the mainland UK. For orders under £750 being sent to England, Scotland or Wales, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow between 1 and 3 weeks for dispatch of your goods from date of order and payment. We will provide you with courier details and tracking information when possible.

We offer free collection at our Lisburn store.

The customer has the right to return their order if they are not happy with their choice. Goods must be returned in original packaging and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport. A full refund will only be issued once goods are returned in full. This must be done within 10 working days of the order being received. However, this will only be applicable if the customer has originally ordered a sample tile.

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 3 working days from delivery. We will endeavor to send replacements or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

We are unable to accept returns on leftover tiles. Therefore please make sure that measurements are accurate in order that you order the correct amount of tiles!
