Shipping Policy

Adora Tile Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and a phone call 24 hours in advance of your delivery. We aim to have all orders delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping to Northern Ireland, ROI, and Mainland UK. All our deliveries are carried about by approved and trusted courier services.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available to locations close to our Lisburn store.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are available throughout the week, but we need at least 48 hours notice so we can prepare your order.

International Shipping

Please get in touch with us for international shipping outside of the above areas. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Adora Tile is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
