Returns & Refunds Policy

The customer will have the right to return all goods received if they are not happy with their choice. The goods must be returned in original packaging to our store and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 3 working days from delivery. We will endeavor to send replacements or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

We are unable to accept returns on leftover tiles. Therefore please make sure that measurements are accurate in order that you order the correct amount of tiles.

We are not able to accept returns or refunds on any special order or sale items.

Only full and unopened boxes will be accepted.

Please note the method of refund must be the same as the method of payment.

All goods must be checked by the customer on receipt and any damages incurred must be made aware of to ourselves as a matter of urgency.

We take no responsibility for damaged product, shortages or incorrect products if we are not made aware of within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
